Bro i got an email bonus promotion. i complitted it and bonus not adding. Support saying its by mistake they sent me the mail. And i lost 100$ around to get the 30$ bonus and now they are scamming me this way. Bro any manager or host please note this issue and fix it . i want refund. It is a matter of stakes reputation i think. What do i do with sorries? either they should aadd bonus amount neither they should refund me the money i lost to do it.

STAKE if you sent out this email and the guy did the wager requirement give him his bonus for gods sake. Like whats this about its 30 bucks and its a mistake stake has done not the player.

I didnt get that email so it wasnt sent to everyone. Enough with these shady stuff.

I mean they probably dont intend to do buisiness like this, its clearly something gone wrong. But when these things happen they cant put it on the player. They shoud never do that instead they should owe their mistake and just pay it out. Hopefully he will get his 30 bucks if he completed the requirements in the email.

If it's true, the email being sent out to the wrong people is not your fault. Why  should you suffer consequences of that. The team should bear the consequences of their actions.

Upon realising the email was sent out to "everyone" which was not their intention, why did they not send another another to correct the mistake and avoid further exposure. By letting it stay, they then have actually made the offer even if the offer was by mistake. 

As it stands, an offer was made and you accepted. If you performed as per instructions on your end, they should suck it up and fulfill their end of the bargain.

I got the same email and the same generic response. If you send promotions, please own up to it. I started the night with wanting to play, typically depositing 100+ usd a time or three. Vip Gold soon to be platinum. And thats the response, "sorry we made a mistake, good bye and good luck". Shocked! Looking for another place to play now, not for the $30, but to be completely ignored I feel is totally unacceptable. Own up to the mistake and continue to make 1000s of $ of me. Instead they play the big game and are content with the customer base they have apparently. Well, I dont want to be part of that policy and take my business elsewhere.
