Who else got a $30 bonus e-mail by a mistake and Stake dont care?

I started the night with wanting to play, typically depositing 100+ usd a time or three. Vip Gold soon to be platinum. And the response, "sorry we made a mistake, good bye and good luck". Shocked! Looking for another place to play now, not for the $30, but to be completely ignored I feel is totally unacceptable. Own up to the mistake and continue to make 1000s of $ of me. Instead they play the big game and are content with the customer base they have apparently. Well, I dont want to be part of that policy and take my business elsewhere.
