Milica92 Posted February 9, 2025 #1 Posted February 9, 2025 (edited) Hey fellow gamblers Yesterday, I had the case were my balance was showing an incorrect number for one of my coins. I did not know that, hence I started an autobet session on Dice with a bet-size based on the funds shown in my wallet. Within a few seconds, I burned 100$, simply because my bet-size was too big for a start. I contacted support and I got told to not play when I have a faulty wallet-indication. That left me with confusion as you can Imagine. How can I possibly know if the wallet-size is correct, or not. What is the purpose of the wallet-indication then? Anyways, I was telling the support that I wasn't aware of the incorrect wallet-indication. The answer came quick by saying, I shall check my previous bets in that case. And that does not make any sense. First of all, there are bets missing all the time within the "my bets" window. Also, am I really asked to count thousands of bets, subtracting, or adding the win/losses to know where my wallet really stands? I just asked for a compensation of the 100$ as this wasn't fair betting to me, and isn't that what Stake is all about? The answer was, they cannot give me any bonus. I did not want a bonus, I wanted a compensation on an unfair gambling session. I was also told that during the Saturdays weekly bonus, the website isn't as stable as usual. Okay, that is all fine. But if I bet wrongly, lets say I put a wrong multiplier on Dice - thats on me. Happened and thats my mistake. If Stake shows the wrong balance and having a direct impact on my betting strategy; I think I would be entitled to a compensation here. I don't blame anyone directly, especially not support - but I think Stake should do something about this. If not, this opens a whole new world of unfairness against players. Thanks and a have a wonderful Sunday all Milica92 /Edit: This is not a rant. I just wish this could improve ❤️ Edited February 9, 2025 by Milica92 Edit in /Edit

I just think for fairness, if the wallet size cannot be shown correctly, they should advise on it, make players aware beforehand. 1 minute ago, MidzeY said: Totaly there fault but they will put that on third party or tell you that you should have played later x) they take no responsibility when it increase there profit x) They did say I should play later. I understand I will not get my 100$ back, fine - but if Stake could do something in the future to not ruin the fun, that'll be great.
ilostmyjob Posted February 9, 2025 #6 Posted February 9, 2025 (edited) Yes there was a visual balance glitch, but issue's happen. Perhaps would've been a idea to take a break when the casino is not functioning as expected. If the lights of my car don't work in the night, i will first resolve that issue to avoid joyriding Sorry for your loss tho. Edited February 9, 2025 by ilostmyjob
banause11 Posted February 9, 2025 #7 Posted February 9, 2025 Last Saturday, I had the same problem. After placing some bets, my wallet showed a remaining balance of $300. So I started playing Limbo with a 1.5x multiplier and $20 bets. After five bets, I suddenly got a message saying that I couldn't afford my bet because I had supposedly run out of money. I then contacted support, and they tried to tell me that the issue was due to either my bad internet connection or the device I was using. They claimed there were no server issues or any other technical problems. So I asked if they were seriously suggesting that all of Germany was using the wrong device or had a bad internet connection because they all had the same problem. They forwarded my issue to the appropriate department, but I haven't heard anything about it since.

How can you know that the balance isn't showing correctly? I'll be aware for next Saturday, and when there are more players active than usual. Risk though remains. 1 hour ago, ilostmyjob said: Yes there was a visual balance glitch, but issue's happen. Although, with a car and a non-working light, you will see this prior driving around. There's no indication to whether your balance shows the right, or wrong amount. I just don't think the take from this shall be: Whenever there's an event where Stake wants to me participate, I shall not. For example, during that time the 90 minute 100k$ raffle was going as well. So, I am encouraged to play - while the support tells me not to. 1 hour ago, banause11 said: Last Saturday, I had the same problem. I understand that probably a lot of people try to manipulate the support to get a few bucks. But that should not mean that the experience of people with real problems are to be ignored. I don't believe we get anything back, but if this could be on a higher priority for Stake to fix that would be a major win for all, players and Stake.
ilostmyjob Posted February 9, 2025 #10 Posted February 9, 2025 you can not see if the lights are on if you did not start your car. anyway, when they founded stake they never expected it to be this big. That's why sometimes issue's arises when there are too many ppl online.
Adri3000 Posted February 10, 2025 #11 Posted February 10, 2025 every Saturday, every Saturday same problem, two Saturdays ago it lasted 3 days, impossible to bet if the balance is not updated correctly, nor the live statistics, bets that appear 4 or 4 minutes later. widespread in people of many nationalities.

Milica92 Posted February 12, 2025 Author #17 Posted February 12, 2025 And I got a bonus suspension for 7 days now, but no answer here. Interesting, but definitely not provable fair.
