Bets not settled for 2 days

The support here stinks. I have been sending emails after emails. I have won a couple of bets fair and square. The match has ended 2 days ago. And yet they are not settling the best. I can smell fraud here. Once they see that someone is making good profits they are scamming them.   #stake what are you doing? Is this really a scam. No response on emails, live support and in here.
