Bet settled wrongly

I won a sports bet and stake declared it a loss for me a second before match ended even though I won the bet, please rectify this asap. Sports bet id is sport:294228799

they won in penalties, you took them to win 1x2 in the 90 minutes of play time so your bet lost because it ended a draw

The result scoring of Stake should be clearer to avoid confusion like this, eg. 1-1 (penalties 3-4)

You have placed a bet on the market that doesn't include Extra Time and a Penalty shootout, which is why the bet was settled per the outcome after the regular period of the match.

As stated in the sportsbook rules, all soccer markets are for the regular period of the match unless stated otherwise in the market name. You can read more about sportsbook rules on this link:

 bet settled incorrectly. Clearly my player won the 6th game of the third set and I was even live streaming the game.
