My Winning Bet Slip Is Abused and Shown as Lost. I Need URGENT Help!

I bet on Mario Lemina to score a goal on (2 March 2025 Sunday) Kasimpasa - Galatasaray match. Lemina scored in the match, which is also shown in the Turkish Football Federation's match report. It is stated that Lemina scored the goal in every other sport website. However, my winning is abused by telling that Davinson Sanchez scored the goal. Davinson didn't scored the goal, Lemina scored it. My winning should be given.
