SO AFTER HAVING UPLOADED all the documents required to level 4 verify, my verifications screen looks like this:


MIND YOU, earlier it looked like this:


So what I'm gathering is that they are literally just making me KYC  over and over again. I've received no communication to explain why this is occurring. 

Oh, and of course my wd (that's taken so long the address has cycled to a new one in the receiving wallet) still looks like this:


So for fucks sake stake, can you fix this shit and let me have my funds please?

They have to make sure who u are and make sure everything matches it’s all your fault chill dude you knew u had to verify your account and bitcoin takes long to withdraw chill dude if they keep your money cause you’re violating rules by insulting them read therms . I would not give u the cash for that reason alone. U can’t do anything about it no one cares . Trust me you’re in the wrong for not fully verifying your account . . You deserve it . U should had already been with drawing stupid

UPDATE- As of right now they are making KYC an absolute nightmare, I've been verified up to level 3 like 2 or 3 times so far just to have them reject level 4 for some reason and make me start over. I legitiimately do not know what they want from me.

iv'e seen some sites making a business out of not paying out money...there is always worse for sure, i had my fair share of problems with bad operators, i am almost an expert at dealing with these mft not gonna lies

first you have to go on one of those referring websites i won't mention (quite easy to find btw) to escalate your case ( they have lawyers slash people knowledgeable about the law, these guys will contract the site, and then the site and yourself have a certain amount of time to resolve this issue on a private chat...next step is called an ADR again ist a similar thing supervised by a third party and if that doesn't work out AGAIN then you contact the gambling commission and get a lawyer on the job i think but personally it never went further than an ADR.

and seriously if nobody knows about these step or talk about similar stuff on here (stake forum) it surely because it is very rare
