I usually spend almost 14-15 hours on screen in which I spend almost 12-13 hrs on stake chat

From my pov the actual job of a chat moderator to stop people from spreading unusual news maybe should timeout them and to ban mute the person who are trying to break the decoram of the chat by just begging for tips and all I'll pay attention and I'll check that every should be friendly and convey good msg another major work for moderator is to check whether someone's trying to promote another platform or anything

As I said I use stake chat most of the time and it will be my pleasure to check people and he as an responsible person who have responsibilities towards the chat. Basically the actual reason is it makes me curious to know about moderator I just want that no one get scammed in chat because I was once also a target of these scams

No I have never been warned muted or banned

I was used to be a moderator on website- 1win

Ya it will be okay for me to work at nighttime because mostly my screen time using chat happens at night

I go by @blackjerk (Plat 1 VIP, almost plat II lol) on Stake.

I usually spend around 2–3 hours in chat during each session. I like checking in on what everyone’s up to, sending the rain occasionally, and seeing what slots are hot.

In my opinion, A moderator’s job is to keep the chat healthy and fun making sure people follow the rules, preventing spam or fake info, and stepping in when things stop being enjoyable for others. A little trolling is fine as long as it doesn’t ruin the vibe.

I want to become a moderator because I genuinely enjoy talking to people and being part of the community. I speak multiple Indian languages and write/speak fluently in Hindi, so I feel I can really help support the community and keep things welcoming.

No, I’ve never been warned, muted, or banned.

I haven’t been a moderator before, but I work in customer service, so I’m used to handling people and situations responsibly.

Yes, I’m fully available to work at nighttime.

Thank you!

Well to begin with I've never been a moderator but I have 2.5 yrs of experience in BPO. And my main KPI's would involve maintaining the decorum in the chat box and making sure that no violation is made.

I've been muted twice by the mods and I'm willing to work in night shifts too cause I've been through graveyard shifts.

I spent around 12-13 hrs in the chat box when I collected rain and It's do-able so timing won't be an issue for me.

Additionally I have my own laptop with a wifi connection. I've worked with Amazon and I'm even working in Teleperformance as a Talent Acquisiton HR.

Hello, I would like to apply for the Indian speaking moderator position. My Stake username is (Siddhantt13) and I am active in chat for about 8–9 hours daily, often even more. I understand that a moderator must keep the chat safe respectful and engaging and I am confident in my ability to communicate well, stay calm, and handle situations responsibly. I have received one mute in the past because a friend used my ID to ask for a tip in another country’s chat, but I have learned from that and have since followed all rules carefully. Although I do not have previous moderation experience, I am eager to learn and committed to performing the role professionally. I am also available for nighttime hours if needed. Thank you for considering my application.

Hey Team

Filling out the form for MOD, please find my answers below.

What is your Stake username?
keyshav69

How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?
I’m usually active for 2–5 hours daily, and on days when I’m playing heavily, I’m online for 8–10 hours easily. I’ve been extremely consistent since the day I joined. I honestly never thought I’d become such a professional gambler, but somehow I did — I’m here every day.

Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?
Most Indian players think mods are only for muting, but that’s just one small part. A moderator’s job is to regulate the room, keep it active, create a positive environment, and protect players — especially new ones from scams. A good mod keeps conversations healthy, maintains the vibe, stops spam/toxicity, and helps users when they’re confused. It’s about governance and about community building.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
I’ve been on Stake for over a year now, and for me opening Stake feels like opening my office site. I’ve worked in the IT sector for 7 years, so I naturally treat things professionally. Since I spend so much time here and have built a strong connection with the platform, I want to be part of the Stake working community in a proper way. I think starting as a moderator is the right step.

Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?
Yes, once — but it was self-requested. I asked the mod to mute me because I wanted to understand how the moderation system works and what tools mods actually have. It was purely for learning, not due to any rule break.

Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
I’ve hosted and moderated many office meetings, events, and professional trainings, and even school activities. For online communities, this will be my first time, and I’m excited to get that experience.

Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
Yes, I’m available at night for a good amount of time. I might not stay up the whole night every week, but I’m consistent and reliable. I genuinely like making the chat a better place — I’ve even tipped players at times just to make them feel better. I know I can be a positive, people-friendly, well-reputed mod.

Looking forward for your response

Keyshav

Hey firstly I hope yall are doing well.

My stake username is Vaibhavsyn and I spend about a good 7-8 hours on the stake chat while actively indulging in meaningful discussions.

The job of a moderator is to not only maintain discipline and decorum in the chat but to also make sure that people actively and intriguingly interact with each other while respecting each others integrity. Moderators are also known to make the discussions more interesting and bringing in challenges that entertains everyone.

i will be really honest with you thr reason i want to be a moderator is because I spend a good time on stake and while I am at it i might as well be of some use to the organisation and also because it comes with monetary benefits.

I’ve been muted a couple of times in the very beginning as I was not aware of the rules of the chat but once I was I never have been. I have a lot of friends here I love interacting with.

I’ve been a moderator on discord so I have a pretty fair experience of it.

i am comfortable with working night shifts too.
