Whenever it happens that some problem is solved by asking the CS team, the player takes the advice of people in chat to solve his problem also. On the second platform all over chat it is very bad to make the negative player positive. Most of the players would not have been able to challenge him. Rewards are not given to those who give misinformation or to mute those who spam.
