2. How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?

I spend around 6–8 hours per day on chat on average, and I am active at different times throughout the day and night.

3. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?

A moderator’s job is to keep the chat safe, friendly, and organized. This includes enforcing the chat rules fairly, warning or muting users when necessary, preventing spam, toxicity, harassment, scams, or inappropriate content, and helping maintain a positive environment for everyone. A moderator should stay calm, unbiased, active, and respectful while handling situations.

4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

I want to become a moderator because I am active in the community and I would like to help keep the chat clean, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone. I understand how important moderation is in a large chat, especially in making sure conversations stay respectful and within the rules. I also enjoy helping people and would be happy to contribute my time to support the Indian-speaking community on Stake.

5. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?

No, I have not been warned, muted, or banned.

6. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?

I have not worked as an official moderator before, but I understand the responsibilities of moderation and I am confident that I can handle them seriously, fairly, and professionally.

She or he is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the discussion, managing the group process and dynamics, introducing relevant issues and ideas for response by the group, and for ensuring that the client's objectives are addressed.

 

I want to be a moderator in this group because I believe I can be someone who can set an example for others. I want to be someone people can talk to, to be able to assist anyone when needed. Being in the community is great.
