In our family, there is an interesting Easter tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation. Every year, on the eve of Easter, we gather as a family to prepare our "Easter basket." In this basket, we place not only dyed eggs but also various treats that symbolize spring and rebirth. One of the key parts of our tradition is decorating the eggs. We use natural dyes, such as beetroot, turmeric, and spinach. Each family member is responsible for their own color, and we strive to be creative, creating unique patterns and designs.

Answer:

Instead of just painting eggs, every Easter we’d have a carrot carving showdown. Everyone—from kids to grandparents—gets one giant carrot and a bunch of tiny tools, glitter, googly eyes, and whatever else they can find. We'd spend the afternoon turning those carrots into wild creations: carrot superheroes, carrot dragons, and so on...

Our family's Easter tradition is a unique blend of old and new. We start with a traditional egg hunt, but with a twist – each egg contains a small clue leading to a larger "treasure" (usually a small gift or a fun activity). This transforms the hunt into an engaging adventure, keeping everyone excited and involved. Afterward, we gather around the table for a special Easter brunch featuring my grandmother's secret recipe for hot cross buns – a recipe passed down through generations. The entire day is filled with laughter, storytelling, and the warmth of family togetherness, making it a truly unforgettable celebration.

A unique tradition in my family's Easter celebrations is preparing a big Easter brunch together. Everyone contributes a dish, and we always include a special homemade dessert that changes every year. It brings us all closer and makes the day feel extra special.

Never really had easter as a kid but being an adult and having it with my kids is amazing !! We have thr morning hunt, followed by a late breakfast/early lunch with lots of easter themed specialties cooked, next we either find a movie or we go out in the backyard *loads of activities out there* , lastly we have a big supper and bedtimes extended a half hour!
