Snike Posted September 22, 2018 #1 Posted September 22, 2018 So I am looking for *the* best app that lets me secure and store my bitcoin, ethereum and litecoin all in one app! It needs to be availabe in Europe and has to be on android? Do you use a mobile wallet yourself? Whats the best app for that purpose in your opinion? I found the BRD or Bread wallet yesterday. It lets me store BTC, BCH, ETH and a few random cryptos! But I'm a little concerned about the safety of that app it looks too easy to get into. But other than that I like the interface and easy use of that app!
skywallkee Posted September 22, 2018 #2 Posted September 22, 2018 Why don't you try with Stake? I mean, it is a pretty good "wallet" if you don't gamble and the fees aren't that high. Also, I guess that every wallet with a 2FA and a password is more than enough to be called secure.

I'm the worst person when it comes to be self-disciplined and *not gambling*. I just can't do it lol... Thats why I'm looking for an actual wallet app
williamshennie9 Posted October 3, 2018 #4 Posted October 3, 2018 I currently only have a bitcoin wallet, (I use Stake to store my alt coins lol) which is called Freebitcoin. The only reason I use them is becuase they have an option for instant withdrawals for 1k satoshi fees, and they pay 4.08% interest on your balance, compounded daily. (Interest is a yearly interest). It is not much, but it's the only reliable wallet that pays a decent interest rate. Most BTC wallets don't pay any interest. Here is a link if you wanna check it out: https://freebitco.in/?r=13789781 I've made plenty of withdrawals from them, no hassels. They are also a faucet, so if you're bored, just claim from the faucet ever hour lol. Clean link: freebitco.in
StoneDragon Posted October 3, 2018 #6 Posted October 3, 2018 coinbase is good, use google to find best wallet for ur country
nadiya14 Posted October 10, 2018 #7 Posted October 10, 2018 you can try with jaxx fees are low but idk maybe its better to download one multy wallet
Etude Posted October 10, 2018 #8 Posted October 10, 2018 I only know and have used Blockchain wallet app. I find it very convenient. Definitely will also try out all the other suggested wallet apps that are mentioned in this thread to widened my experience and knowledge regarding these crypto wallet apps. Could very well come in handy!
Kate Posted October 15, 2018 #9 Posted October 15, 2018 Try coinbase its a good site with 5 coins to store .
Babagucci Posted October 22, 2018 #10 Posted October 22, 2018 Hands down you should use Coinomi. It is by far the vest crypto wallet I have used and is available for Android. The reason I say Coinomi, 1. they support most of the major cryptocurrencies (excluding Monero). They also support ERC-20 tokens. 2. Their TX fee algorithm is on-point. It is updated in real-time and provides dynamic and custom settings providing the cheapest and most efficient confirmation times. 3. They have a built in exchange making it simple to swap out you crypto all done in your wallet. 3. They are very secure 4. For the 2 years I have been using Coinomi I have not had any type of problems like wallet malfunctions or bugs Well that's my two cents. I always try to tell my people who ask about wallets that Coinomi seriously is the best wallet, of course that's just my opinion. I hope this helps! **Do not use a Institutional wallet to store your crypto i.e.- coinbase, bittrex, or any other exchange. If something happens to the website (crashes or goes down) you lose your coins as you won't have access to them.**
Cheetos1337 Posted November 30, 2018 #11 Posted November 30, 2018 What is the wallet you are currently using? Do you use multiple wallets and if so which ones? Which is your favorite wallet and why? What is so distinctive from its competitors? I'm interested to know more about the kind of wallets Stake players use, so please let me know in the comments!
santachuuck Posted November 30, 2018 #12 Posted November 30, 2018 I just use blockchain , I got used to it and dont wanna chance to a diffrent wallet since this one works good.
Etude Posted November 30, 2018 #14 Posted November 30, 2018 I do not usually have a wallet to store my coins as I mostly just use casino site wallets for storing and playing. Outside of casino wallets, I guess I like to use Blockchain wallet.
nuuuitsjdragon Posted November 30, 2018 #15 Posted November 30, 2018 For my desktop setup, I use the one-and-only Electrum with multisig+2FA enabled. These security features make it rather cumbersome for any movement of funds but yet, is the perfect candidate for a semi-cold wallet. This is an important safeguard for me and my partner as this means funds deposited to Electrum will mostly stay there, making it safe not only from preying personalities but even from ourselves... It’s practical usage has me recounting way more than one event whereby we were protected against tilt via prevention of easy deposits from Electrum. Of course, interest towards playing/trading/earning in various Crypto establishments must undoubtly require the assistance of a wallet (preferably Mobile) which complements our desktop wallet by focusing on ease-of-use + convenience. I initially started off using the default Coinbase wallet and later on, left to explore options like Jaxx, Ethos, Edge, GreenAddress, Blockchain.com, BRD, Co-Pay/BitPay to mention a few... but have since progressed to MyCelium. However, please note that most of the ones mentioned above do not make it past my testing stage(s) due to certain personal requirements but definitely may work for a different person. To sum it up in a nutshell, some good hot wallet choices include the above-mentioned MyCelium (HD Deterministic, similar to Electrum), Coinomi (SegWit enabled with insane tokens/coins support but yet not open source) and perhaps the one to eventually rule it all - Samourai (which is in its Alpha & regarded as a god tier wallet) and before I forget, if ever considering just ERC20 tokens, hands down the Trust wallet.
davinmark Posted November 30, 2018 #16 Posted November 30, 2018 i only use a local wallet because it easier to exchange the cryptos to my local currency
GreenZapperZ Posted December 1, 2018 #17 Posted December 1, 2018 I'm using "Xapo" myself. It's pretty good IMO.
Mikehoncho Posted December 1, 2018 #18 Posted December 1, 2018 I use Coinbase and Freewallet. Freewallet is just for the Doge though. I don't really like it. I may just go back to the doge wallet itself.
wry Posted December 1, 2018 #19 Posted December 1, 2018 In my experience the best mutli currency wallet is Coinomi. Their webpage is here: https://www.coinomi.com/ Right now they are mobile only, but a desktop client is coming. I discovered them with the Bitcoin Cash split and have really enjoyed their wallet, they make it easy to claim forked coins and support a huge number of coins and tokens. The only downside, no Monero if you are a big Monero user. Good Luck!
williamshennie9 Posted December 1, 2018 #20 Posted December 1, 2018 Does anyone have experience with this wallet: Celsius? It pays interest on all coins you deposit into it. I'd love to hear if someone here uses them. Seems like a good place to park your coins
Etude Posted December 1, 2018 #21 Posted December 1, 2018 Oh just to add on to my previous recommendation of Blockchain wallet, they have a IOS and Android specific wallet app too for convenience.
Moderator Flan Posted December 1, 2018 Moderator #22 Posted December 1, 2018 I used blockchain wallet, only I don't know what site that can save litecoins because blockchain didn't support litecoins cryptocurrency. They have a good apps as far that I used, and the security was extremely high. No doubt.
