1. What is your Stake username?
Buffetin

2. How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?
Around 3–9 hours per day.

3. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?
A moderator is responsible for monitoring chat, enforcing the platform's rules, keeping conversations respectful and welcoming, assisting users with basic questions, and taking action against spam, abuse, or any behavior that violates the community guidelines.

4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
I've always wanted to become a moderator because I enjoy helping communities grow in a positive way. I'm responsible, fair, patient, and I believe in treating everyone with respect while enforcing the rules consistently. I would like to contribute to making the Nigerian chat a friendly and enjoyable place for everyone.

5. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?
Yes, I was muted once a long time ago due to rain farming. I learned from the experience and have not repeated that mistake.

6. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
I haven't been a moderator before, but I currently work as Customer Support for another online casino. This role has given me experience in communicating with users, resolving issues, and handling different situations professionally.

7. Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
Yes, I am fully prepared to work night shifts if required.

I once camled a heated argument in our local telegram group by simply switching to hausa to deescalate things before anyone got banned.

Is hausa the only Nigeria language ?

What to do?

I can see you want mods fluent in all Nigerian dialects, that is a pretty big ask since there are so many. Does the team have a preference for which three main languages they need covered the most first?

Honestly I think requiring fluency in *all* Nigerian dialects is a bit unrealistic, most native speakers are strong in maybe two or three at most. That might filter out really good candidates who could still handle the chat perfectly fine.
