Forum Suggestion

A lot of noobs have been restricted in terms of posting a maximum of 10 posts per day, which is totally understandable.

My suggestion is to add a timer, or a countdown mechanism next to the part where it says "you have reached the maximum number of posts per day" so that these users can see how long they have to wait again before posting again.

It saves them the hassle of having to refresh the page 50 times over the course of a few hours just to see when they can post again.

I am sure members and Heros will benefit from a timer as well, especially for those of us that post a lot, or reply to a lot of posts

Seems only fair to me.  If you are going to put limits on people let them know when the limit expires.  Hope this would not be too hard for them to actually do.

Well, it actually ain't that hard to find out. You just go to your last topic, see the hour/minute it was posted and just wait until then. This isn't such a "must" than a "comfort" suggestion I guess it's easier to check a timer than check the last time you posted 🙄🙄

But yeah, I do agree with your suggestion and it can be added in future as a "help" to the users

Definitely support, I'm new to forums and hoping either the timer gets added or a guide is posted by staff on post limit/day etc

If you check your profile you can get all the important information you need. Its a 24 hour timer from first post in the bunch of 10. Its a bit redundant considering the limit only applies for people less than 50 post.

 It is clear that when it says that “You already max your limit post for the day, it only means that you can post on the next 24 hours” lol. 

Having the limit post is just another way to prevent abusers of forum.

Posting on the forum should be done because you have something to contribute, not because you want to farm satoshi.

If we make it anymore easier to abuse the system by making it anymore clearer, then we will have more issues with spam. I have worked hard to reduce the amount of crap that is poste don here, and if I did something like suggested, I can assure you the spam will increase again.

Having the timer serves no purpose other than to assist with people who don't care about the value of their contribution.
