Mlc Posted September 23, 2018 #1 Posted September 23, 2018 hey everyone I just wanted to share some thoughts with you about how I play with coins deposited and coins from the faucet. when I first joined stake in 2017 I was just learning about crypto currency and its value , at the time the faucet on stake was just btc and eth 100 sats every 2 mins , which was great bye the way , so I played for a couple of months using faucets and testing it out , its not a surprise that I never reached withdrawl minimum lol, so I went and used heaps of faucets and deposited a small amount at first , still I didn't earn any profit , not one to give up so easily I decided to deposit a little bigger and finally I start to profit but only a little , (still not enough to withdraw) then I found that participating in challenges and giveaways on twitch , twitter , and discord (when it was still alive) made the coins roll in faster. so with a deposit on top of that I started played with bigger bets and getting bigger returns , my overall experience has come down to two facts . (1) playing with only faucet coins the process to profit is long and tedious and probably not worth the time and effort unless your extremely lucky (2) stop being a bloody tight arse and deposit some coins , play with more bank roll and sometimes but not always make enough profit to withdraw. but at the end of the playing for money is a risk in any casino and your not always going to win , but its worth the experience when you do get that win your chasing ! anybody else have similar thought ?

To be honest, I made only 4 deposits so far (with BTC, 3 for ETH) and 3 of them were just me swapping coins from Stake to PrimeDice (and the other 2 for ETH too), and the total amount deposited is somewhere around ~800k satoshis. Since then I have withdrawn more than 0.02 BTC and I still have balance to play. The thing is that if you really don't deposit you have little to no chance of withdrawing. And it's pretty logic, if you don't have funds, then for sure you can't have profit I totally agree with what you said.
Paecga129 Posted September 23, 2018 #3 Posted September 23, 2018 I have done really well with faucets compared to deposits as crazy as it seems. I have made a lot off of faucets. Not necessarily st this site but at other sites.
wry Posted September 23, 2018 #4 Posted September 23, 2018 You have to deposit or "swap" with a friend who can tip you some coins on Stake for coins elsewhere. The contests here are great and you can't do them with faucets. So good call to go ahead and deposit, even if you go the @skywallkee route and just bounce coins between sites. Good Luck!
williamshennie9 Posted September 25, 2018 #5 Posted September 25, 2018 I use the faucet if I am bored seeing that you only have 20 claims a day, and the amount is very little. If I really want to gamble, I will make a deposit, Although I don't deposit much anymore, I just prefer to gamble a percentage of my balance, and if I lose that say, 5%, then I'm done for the day
Jakubb Posted September 25, 2018 #6 Posted September 25, 2018 Lol, i only made 1 deposit on this account, of 200k, and it's always regrettable, rather try to make money out of something you've got for free, when you lose, you can act like it never happend.
Bigmann23 Posted September 25, 2018 #7 Posted September 25, 2018 Theres a slim chance that you could win from faucet i have done it before to a nice profit. But faucets to me here are just for when I'm and busted all in everytime see what happens why not its free. But if you want to win big you need a good depo to start or its pointless.

Well, that is kind of true, but it indeed never happened. Faucet isn't made for profit, that's why stake gave it to us. It is just so you can try out the website, that's why you shouldn't even bother getting to the withdraw limit with it.
sahil777 Posted September 25, 2018 #9 Posted September 25, 2018 well ofcourse deposit, faucet also reduce chances to get rain bonus, and also your deposit will be much better than faucet right, like you are not going to depo 50 sats or 1000 etoshis or 5k litoshish lolz, so depo is better.
OneEyedKing Posted September 25, 2018 #10 Posted September 25, 2018 Faucet money is for trying out the games and testing, it's not made for withdrawals

bmg Posted September 25, 2018 #12 Posted September 25, 2018 Yes if you want to win big enough to withdraw then you have to depo . Yeah sure we are all guilty of taking a sip from the faucet from time to time but do we really expect to be that one in a million player that hits big from it lol... depo is the way to go 🍀😊

wngo123 Posted September 30, 2018 #14 Posted September 30, 2018 Some people do better with faucet than deposit because I think they value that hard won money. On the other hand when you deposit, you just fell more comfy and betting 1000 is not the problem, but with faucet it takes a lot of time and hard work to get to that 1000. People should first try to play with faucet of course before they gonna deposit. They need to get to know the game and how it behaves and what to expect from it. If they deposit immediately after registering at stake then not only they are going to loose their depo but probably they will never come back since they won't feel confident here. So faucet is good for testing and getting to know the games. That's why lowering the faucet to 20 sats was a very bad idea If they thought more people will begin deposit they might be surprised. Maybe at the beginning they will deposit more, but then they will quickly ran away. So in the long run it's better for the webiste to have unlimited faucet 100 sats. There is only one problem, there are people of course who will never ever deposit anything and will continue to play with faucet and try their luck. I think people like that are responsible for lag. Lag is gone after faucet was lowered.

Well mainly I dont deposit usually like an addict but I do when I need the sats and also I stopped playing with faucet lol so low payout anyway that is gonna be removed
DanielRandomDud Posted September 30, 2018 #16 Posted September 30, 2018 faucet is best for casual bets but if you expect profit from it weeelll. gl i rather deposit and use faucet just when i am bored and out of crptos
Mochiko Posted September 30, 2018 #17 Posted September 30, 2018 Faucet is good for finding another games if you find the games that you will fit and go deposit and play hard.
