Whats wrong with the verification team?

I've uploaded around 300 documents now for Level 3 verification, and every single one has been rejected. I've gone through verification successfully at least 10 times with other books, so this situation is really strange.

I even contacted my bank and asked for a reference letter. I submitted it, and this is the response I got:

"The document you provided to verify the address appears suspicious.
Our recommendation is to submit monthly transactions or a card bank statement."

I called my bank again, and they confirmed the reference letter is valid — but it was still rejected.

I've already submitted a card statement, bank statement, government tax document, and even a municipality bill. Every single document I submit gets rejected, and they’re all official, original PDFs.

How can I get in touch with Eddie? I’m Plat 5 — I want my account back. I can’t even place bets right now. 

Does anyone else have same problem?

Hmm i what to know as well how to make lvl 3,4 verification

It’s impossible to pass lvl 3

@Sibirka thats crazy. Ive done everything and still get rejected.
