Payment not credited for more than 2 weeks

i already written 2  mails regarding this. It's been over 10 days since I made a payment of 500 rs and it still shows pending. I was told to contact support but the live chat does not even give me that option. The transaction id is 2543114545. I have also attached a screenshot of the payment. my stake id is withgrace23

i am a new player who hasnt even been able to start playing.Please do look into and do the needful.

Sorry to hear that, but for future deposits, I’d really recommend using crypto instead. It’s much faster and more reliable on Stake. You can buy crypto like USDT or BTC from a trusted exchange (like Binance, Coinbase, etc.), transfer it to your own wallet, and then deposit directly to your Stake wallet. It usually reflects within minutes.
