The race or any other races from Churchill Downs is not available for betting right now including todays Kentucky Oaks. Also, has the promotin with 2nd to 5th refund been permanently replaced by refund on 2nd to 10th with just 1 race under it for this weekend?

As for your 2nd question, we don't have any official statements, but at the moment, only the promotion for the 2nd to 10th place is active.
