Stake Is Avoiding Responsibility – Bonus Reduced Without Notice Despit

I’m here to formally complain about how Stake has handled my VIP bonus issue.

 

Despite significantly higher betting volume and losses at Platinum 3 compared to Platinum 2, I received less total bonus.

My remaining Platinum 2 reload bonus (worth $520) was silently canceled when I leveled up — no warning, no explanation.

Stake keeps repeating that the bonuses were “merged,” but the payout clearly proves otherwise. The numbers don’t lie.

Instead of solving the issue, Stake closed my forum thread and continues to push generic replies and avoid responsibility.

 

 

This goes completely against Stake’s own promotion: “Higher level = better rewards.”

In my case, it’s the opposite.

 

I’m posting this because I believe in transparency, and users deserve to know the truth.

Now I don't want to say bad things or whatever but despite the bonus for level up, each time I grew in my VIP level I felt that at first my bonuses are getting smaller.

 

The thing was always fixed like in 2-3 weeks after, but this is all my personal feeling for some reason.

 

There is no doubt tho that stake has the biggest bonuses and one of the best vip systems out there.
