Issue with Sports Bet Result – Need Guidance

Hi everyone,
I placed a sports bet on the Portugal vs Spain match before the game started, selecting Portugal to win. In the end, Portugal did win the match, but my bet is showing as a loss.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Can someone guide me on what to do or who to contact to get this resolved?

1x2 bets do not include extra time. If all matches include a draw option, extra time is not applied. Please be careful when placing your bets.

1x2 is only the scoreline for 90mins playtime. extra time and penaties are not counted. next time go for draw no bets or a market that says team To lift trophy or something.
