🎯 $38 Bonus for Reaching VIP4? Seriously?

I finally reached Platinum VIP4 after a long and consistent grind - and was told I'd receive a "nice bonus" by Stake support. Instead, I was given a reload of just $38, which is less than what I got at VIP3.

I reached out to support, my assigned host (Thomas), and now another agent (Bojan) is “checking my account.” Still, no bonus and no proper answer.

Meanwhile, this official forum post from Stake staff clearly says the VIP4 bonus is $1,600:

So… what's going on? Has the bonus structure changed? Was I missed?
I'd just like a clear, honest answer. Anyone else had the same experience recently?

Update:

Bonus received at 6:19 AM — 1,758.94410585 USDT credited to my vault.

There were a few miscommunications along the way, but I got it in the end.

Did you get any other bonus besides the reload of 38? And how many days is the reload? I am 13% from plat 4 so hopefully will be there soon

Yes, I mentioned above $1,758 in total + $38/day reload for 7 days.
