Not received VIP ladder bonus

I received three bonuses when i was on gold now i have made it to the platinum 1 about 30% but still have not received even single vip ladder bonus this is bad for a platinum player stake please help

Yeah its weird i mean once when i got my first vip since then i was constantly receiving my VIP ladder bonus until i got  the platinum 1 i thought will receive it but havent till yet i’m 30% on platinum 1 but no vip ladder bonus as such

Stake acting crazy its getting downgraded spending all on only promoting their web nothing special for us my wins have also been reduced allot earlier i used to wins massive on keno but now its dead i even got 1000X on keno earlier but now 2x keeps struggling

Just ask support if there s a bonus pending. I had the same situation like you. They checked and replied that there is no bonus currently for me and few hours later I received the ladder one. I doubt was a coincidence

I once received a Vip ladder yesterday after pocketing silver I received an identical message you're climbing the VIP ladder! after I conquered gold an hour later there was a normal message with promotion

Just checked, For Plat 2 I received 2 ladder bonuses for now. One when I asked for it was on April 30, I was around 25% progress, and then I received another one on June 16 on around 50% progress (without asking)

Wow what about platinum 1? How many bonuses u got? And on what percentage?

Probably just one. Because I got to Plat 2 too quickly. A matter of days 3 or 4

Great . With me I always gotta ask and sometime I do get bonuses but that's on other sites.. I need a new name . And one that stands out . My name only has 5 letters..
