Never felt less cared about (VIP host)

I have been playing on stake since well before they had a F1 car on their claim sheet. I would guess I was maybe in the first 2500 users.. maybe? Either way, I am not new and I feel like I have earned my tenure as a gambler here. 

I was one of the lucky stakers to have Eddie the main man himself as my first VIP host. After a couple years he had to move on to bigger and better things obviously. 

My second host is Steve. Now I am if anything incredibly grateful for Stake. It is an oasis of simplicity and frankness in a gaming world stymied by free* rolls, play through bonuses, bonus caps, double match bonuses, etc etc. A lot of places with 1 week wait times to withdraw money and very little in the world of honesty. Stake is none of those things. The first time I played and was told that I could immediately withdraw my bonus to my wallet I was flabbergasted. It was unheard of. 

My time here has seen me wager close to 20 million dollars. I have had some hits and some misses, but generally I have had few complaints. Until now.

I recently was told about this new incremental bonus payout for leveling up. As a level 6 plat, I am only 43% of the way to diamond level. Interestingly enough when I first joined there were only 3 platinum levels and then 1 diamond. Its like they kept adding levels to keep me from making diamond!! Jk.. but anyway from what I understood the imcremental payouts were going to be every 25% of the way through a level. So I assumed I was good to collect at least that for my way toward diamond. 

Steve has always been slow to respond, on reloads he generally makes me wait 25-30 hours before resetting it after my email. Its really difficult to understand why, but thats his thing. I have requested a new host from him at least 8 times and he refuses to do it, I don't know why and I don't understand. 

Either way I emailed him about getting my payout for 43% or whatever and he doesn't respond. I think to myself, ok he will get with me soon surely.... I send him another email 12 hours later reminding him of the first. at 40 hours I send a third email. It takes him 2 days to get back to me about a nearly 6k bonus. 

His response is merely that for plat 6 they do every 10% bonus not 25% and that I am close to another one at 40%. Then he vanishes again. 

I don't know if he is hilarious or if he is a little slow on the uptake, but either way nothing he said changes the fact that I am eligible for the bonus I have been trying to get from him for 2 days. Money that I quite frankly need... Since I knew this was a legitimate policy and the bonus is basically guaranteed, I didnt bother to put aside some other money that I originally was going towards my bills. I got my daughter an extra couple of books online and my dog got a new dog bed. Nothing crazy but enough that I no longer have the bill money.

Unfortunately Casper the unfriendly host is ghosting me again and I have no idea what to do? I have asked Eddie who told me to tell Steve to pass me to another VIP host if he can't handle, it... I told steve this, but he is gone for now once again and I am going to have to pay penalties to the power company and toll road company because I assumed a human being could return an email inside 20 hours when their job is in front of a computer screen as well as the job is to respond to said VIP emails. 

I have at this point found the consequences from Stake.com arent the losses that will be expected in gambling, the consequences for me are real world problems for trusting that when they say VIP they mean important and not Ignored. I hope anyone who reads this knows that they do NOT care about your actual life or consequences of their actions in regards to your trusting them to be decent and care about you as the player. I am currently going to start looking elsewhere if only because I have principles and dont need to be treated like garbage for wagering 20 million.

Firstly, you are addicted bro! And secondly Stake is Getting bigger and bigger by every Hour, not even day, HOUR and the more bigger it gets the less it has to worry about the players as they know they have monopoly and If one goes the other will come with a bigger bankroll then $20 Million, they already have every gambling streamer in the world working their a*s off to get every 18 year old lose money on the platform. So maybe you need to Shuffle or stop caring about bonuses, take what you win and forget what you lose.

All gambling sites are the same.

You don't need a VIP host to hold your hand to gamble, you need him to issue you reloads and say goodbye afterwards. You are right the experience could be better but Stake of 2025 is not Stake of 2020.
