I cant create topics. Why?

You can only create 10 posts per day. If you're wondering why you can't create topics in the giveaway section, it has already been discussed here:

Kidding aside, what section are you trying to create the topic in? If you're trying to post on the Stake Promotions section, then you won't be able to as you need to have at least 10 posts as the requirement, just like what William mentioned in the link above.
