Stake Blocks Account and Denies Bonuses Due to Misunderstanding

I want to share my story, which might make you think twice about loyalty to betting platforms.
For the past six months, I’ve been actively using Stake, mainly betting on tennis, and was just $250,000 away from Platinum 4—so close to VIP status and big bonuses. I invested a lot of time and money, promoted Stake among friends, and truly believed it was the best place for betting.
But here’s what happened: I received my monthly bonus, placed it on Team Liquid with odds of 1.01, and they lost unexpectedly. Right after that, I asked support how much was left to reach the next VIP level—anyone in support can check the chat history and see I regularly asked about my progress, as I was focused on reaching my goal.
For the first time ever, a consultant asked about my recent gameplay. Honestly, after losing such a “sure” bet, I joked about being “down bad” just to try getting a bonus from support—even though I knew it wouldn’t work, I just wanted to cheer myself up a bit. But instead of understanding, support suddenly decided to ban my account permanently, with the option to request unbanning only after six months—by which time the tennis season will be over.
Now I lose not only the chance to bet on Wimbledon, but also all the bonuses I was supposed to get in July for my activity in June. Support just says it’s their “care” policy, but it feels like an unfair decision made without a valid reason.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? I feel like everything I worked for was destroyed in an instant, just because of a misunderstanding with support. Let’s discuss—maybe together we can find a solution!

was about to ask for a bonus but instantly got banned. This stake live support team is joking, right? They scammed me for all honuses and all money and time I lost on stake reaching plat4 vip lvl. Ffs, what kind of joke is that ban? Eddie went broke and statted to scam for “July Christmas” bonuses?   

Gonna try to put this tread on reddit. I understand that Im yet miserable and no one cares. But what the fuckin bullshit is that ban? I explained every word why I said  like that. What else can I do to remove fuckin ban from my hard earned plat3 83% account?

Support are not your friends. They are doing a job. Imagine you are being reviewed and your supervisor shows logs of you laughing with someone having a breakdown. 

They did what they should do. You guys shouldn't treat them like a dog to kick around. If you have no one else to cry to then AI will deal with you as long as you want

You got banned cause you’re wasting more time than what you’re investing . They don’t need your gameplay too much drama . I feel your painb, I'm in the same situation since Oct 26th 2024 mine was 6 months, cause I was complaining about my hard earned deposit pending for over 6 months a whole $1019, now it's about $1900 6 months past 9 month nothing has been done!!!!
