Hello Stake team,

 

I’m a long-time VIP user with a verified total loss of over $3,000,000.

 

However, my profile shows a much lower “Net Loss” which does not reflect the true value when comparing deposit and withdrawal history.

 

I tried to request review or bonus eligibility from my VIP manager — but was completely ignored.

 

Then I asked live support to escalate, but they simply redirected me back to the same manager.

 

I’m kindly asking to escalate my account to someone from the senior VIP or Player Retention team.

 

I’m happy to share full transaction history if needed.
