STREAM CODE CLAIMS LOWERED BY A LOT

Is it just me, or have the claims for the 3 codes for each streamer dropped significantly in the last 3 weeks or so?
I cannot claim any code, and I am always refreshing the page before it is announced, entering it the moment they say it, but it is instantly claimed.
I don't think there are bots; or streamer leaks it,  I think Sthe number of claims are decreased. I remember that on the stream of the guy doing engravings, at the last code, he only had 150 viewers, and it was still instantly claimed.how is that possible?  Do we have just less than 150 claims?
Or is it just .com? because I heard that on US you can still claim it after minutes....
