From the screen I would tell it has been sent. If you haven't received it check the transaction on the blockchain and double check if you put the correct address and Network of your Wallet address.

Brother it was not crypto transfer it was bank transfer lot of stake users in India  are facing this problem (Withdrawal deposit ) .even some of users haven't received the Withdrawal since 2 week
