Tax Treatment Changes, Not Stake Limits

Starting January 1, 2026, the U.S. will limit how much of your gambling losses you can deduct on your federal tax return—from 100% down to 90%—even if your reported gains are equal to your losses. This effectively increases your taxable income, but is unrelated to any change in betting stake limits.

Originals with more depth to them or at the very least games with unique mechanics because aside from the OG originals, the games are quite boring, which is clearly visible per the average concurrent player count on each game. It feels like stake has had an approach of quantity over quality this year to date, and while it is good getting new games, if they become obsolete in weeks or even days, it is a bit pointless other than increasing the size of the game portfolio. Like, packs for example. The chances of someone who actually likes the game to go on playing it after they unlock all or nearly all of the cards is slim. The last original i enjoyed and still play is darts but that's less to do with mechanics and more to do with another important trait of games, if unique mechanics can't be achieved, and that is the hit fair feeling hit rates in a game. Some games such as darts, (arguably) cases, limbo, coinflip and plinko can payout good hits more frequently than what slots give, for the most part. I only play the originals on the hardest settings, but ive hit 1000x on plinko several times, 500x on darts quite a few times, 1000x+ on coinflip a few times, etc etc. Some of them feel more fair in their payouts than others. I could have gotten unlucky thus far with the newer games like packs and bars and snakes, but as of now they've just been money pits for me, and ill probably spend very little time, if any, on playing them in the future.

For the love of god add some 3rd party crash games and instant games. There is so many 3rd party slots so im not sure what the issue is on adding them. You want original traffic, whatever, but since stake's crash is so shit and sometimes a certain game isnt going your way, it would be nice to have alternatives to play. Even if it were just 1 or 2 in each major category of instant-style game to begin with.

Be more transparent on vip payouts and shit.
