I have made a very dumb mistake

Hello everyone,

 

first of all, i deposited about 1400 usd to my account and played it up to over 8000 usd. My account was level 2 verified. When requesting my first withdrawal i was asked to verify until kyc level 4. Asking the support if that was necessary to get the withdrawal they said yes. 

 

I didnt want to provide this and decided to photoshop a document. Unfortunately my skills werent good enough and it was detected.

Before u say it i know its all my own fault and i did a very dumb thing. I highly regret it and 8k is a lot of money to me. But i was under the impression that kyc 2 would be enough and i dont need to share sensitive data at stake.

Now my account is disabled and i am not able to do anything.

I dont want pity i know its 100% my fault. Like i said its a lot of money and if there is even a slight chance i could resolve this any tip or help would be highly appreciated.

 

I am now ready to provide kyc level 4 if thats any help obviously.

contact support and provide your real documents and information even if the stake account is not with your same name , the IT team still can detect your device type location , and check if you are the real one who own that accounts + your crypto wallet adress ..

First of all thanks for your reply. The live chat says they are unable to do so. Should i send the documents anyway via live chat?

Why would u need kuc lvl 4?is it a new thing?

I only have kyc lvl 2 no problem withdrawing wtf you need level 3 or 4?

I call BS on this. I have had my account since I started, and I'm only at level 2 KYC. I've been able to withdraw more than $40,000 in a single week, and my biggest withdrawal is around $20,000 for a single transaction, with no problems.

there you go you aren't LVL KYC 2 yet and tried to withdraw just wait for your KYC 2 to finish and you should be able to withdraw that.

tbh it is your fault about what's happening atm you shouldn't have sent fake documents only recourse for you would be to get live support and provide real documents that way they can lift the ban.

It Doesn't Work Like That I Withdrawal my USD many Sometime 1-2k Some Time 8-10k Never Face Any Issue I Guess You Can Withdraw Up To 50k On Your Lvl 2 Verification Not Sure Tho. So The Problem Is Something Eles Only, Try To Connect With Support Through Your Registered Email, And If You Get That 200% Bonus Thing Then The Problem Is Your Wager

Yes i did they said i breached their terms 4.7. and 4.8 and the decision is final.
