You just only talk with them only on stake live support system or through your email

rule of thumb: before you deposit large amounts of money into any website, (or any amount of money period) always verify and authenticate your account first. to that, test the withdrawal and if successful, go from there.

Well i did level 2 kyc successfully. But you re right i didnt withdraw. When i requested the first withdrawal they asked for kyc level 4 and had me redo level 2 as well
