I was at 19 points and had a total multi of 3421 on last weeks forum challenge, and only needed to chase the 710x.
I increased my average basebet allot already (about an average basebet of 12-13$).
Then I received an email of Stake that they blocked me from challenges:

To make it more clear: this was AFTER I finished SVE, the levelup challenge and did all those keno bets for the challenge.

Totally I was down 2.2k on these challenges (most loss on keno, about 2k):

Stake won't payout the challenges I already completed before their so called 'update'.
I tried to reach the person who is behind this, but noone seems to known who is accountable for this decision. Support on the website doesn't know, support via email doesn't know, nor my host knows.

I would have chased the 710x till I hit it, which would have given me 20 bets, 4131 points and the highest average bet amount, so I would have ended 1st place:

My bets:

So some anonymous shady person on the background decides to block people, without any justifiable reason, and won't show his face/take any responsibility for it.

Could be the reason he is helping some of his friends in the challenges? For every person he blocks, one of his friends climb up higher in the rank.
Seems a plausible explanation to me, what other reason could he have to hide?

I am a legit player, playing for more then 2 years on Stake, wagered more then 13m.
I am not sure how Stake can defend and cover-up such scam acts.

@Eddie
@MladenS
@AleksandarG
@NemanjaPi

Who is responsible for this decision?
And is that person able to give an explanation directly himself why he removes people from the winners lists who had already finished the challenges (and spent and lost allot of money on it), and how he can justify that?

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us!

Unfortunately, we as CM Team are unable to assist you with this issue.

Please refer to the official email you received from Stake regarding promotions. You are no longer eligible to participate, but if things change, you will be informed via email about it as well.

Furthermore, as the email mentions, you can still deposit, play and withdraw with no issues, and claim other bonuses and benefits as well. You just can't participate in casino or sports promotions on our platform.

Once again, CM team is unable to overrule this, and we can't provide further clarification or reasoning.

Best regards,
NemanjaPi.

This is exactly the response you all are giving me I contacted.

Noone can provide any further clarification or reasoning. Are you aware how shady/scammy this untransparent stuff is?

I would have ended 1st, cause I would hit that 710x eventually if Stake didnt post that update, and I had a way higher basebet then the nr1.

1600$ is taken from me, and I dont get even an clarification or reasoning for it.

Its gross behavior and happens to so many people who like to do promos

The only people I know who chase promos but haven't been promo banned by stake in 2025 are the language chat mods.
