Payout issue with Stake Engine Game

Hi guys!
I decided to play Crazy Cards Game by GG Enterprises recently which is a game based on Stake Engine.
All you do in this game is choose a bet size, buy a ticket and scratch 9 numbers on your screen.
If 3 of them are matching - you get to win the multiplier that you've scratched. Or I might have thought so.
On every big multi that I've got lucky with - there were 3 matching multis that were less.
Even if you scratch into a higher number first before lower ones - it would still pay you for the lower one.
That is not fair and it's false advertising, as the game suggests higher payouts are possible. but consistently awards lower multipliers despite matching criteria being met.
This feels like faulty results, giving false hope to players expecting fair outcomes based on the game's mechanics.

It has been almost 2 weeks since it happened and every day that i check about it with live support i only hear that the case is "under review" and they'd let me know if there are any updates.

It has been 14 days that "investigation" is going on.
I still wasn't paid out or paid off, neither received any updates because nothing can be disclosed for some reason.
I heard Stake is the number one casino in the world. At the very least they appreciate my patience...

Best is to keep all Bet IDs and screenshots ready. Stake Engine reviews take time, but you can politely ask support for a timeline or escalate the case. Sharing this info helps the community stay informed and highlights possible game issues. 💪

Got an update from support.

"After a thorough investigation into the reported issue, we have confirmed that the round settled without any irregularities, with you receiving the correct payout for this round.
Kindly note that the game mechanism in this game is purely for visual entertainment and does not affect the game’s result in any way.
As this is the case, this specific round’s result is correct.
I am sorry if this does not meet your expectations."

If that hypothetically was an opposite situation where a player receives 2500x payout instead of 2x, pretty sure withdrawals would be locked almost instantly and investigation would take much less than 15 days.
However, we have what we have.
The support agent is sorry that this doesn't meet my expectations and of course no one gives a damn about how much time i waited for this to be resolved and so on.

I can understand why you’re disappointed here. Waiting two weeks only to hear that it’s “visual entertainment” must feel really unfair. 😕

At least now you’ve got an official response from support, even if it’s not the outcome you hoped for. I think sharing your experience here is still valuable—it helps other players understand how this game works behind the scenes.

what a joke. the game is clearly bugged and they say it s entartainment visuals 🤣🤣🤣🤣. the rules of the game clearly states : “If you uncover three of the same multiplier, you win your bet multiplied by that value. If no three match, the result is 0×. You can use Reveal to uncover instantly, or Settleto finish without revealing.“ F them. demand the 2500x, 80x, 20x. or ask to give you every si gle peny spent on that bugged slot
