On stake there's the affiliate system, which allows you to invite people to the site and you get a split amount of their wagered house edge or something.

We can see how many people clicked on the link and how many registered through it. But why can't we see who actually referred us or who we referred??? I'ld love to know who earned a fortune through some of these HRs xD

As far as I know, you can't see who referred you on any site!

I know that, but why? Is it a bad thing to refer someone... o.O

I expect it is to make self referring your own army of alts more difficult as well as prevent kickback deals and such.  Just a guess.

If you put a link just for your alts and you register on it you see the number of registrations on that link, so you know it's yourself referring you.

good question, maybe it has something to do with they're privacy 🤔

If you click on a link that refers you to a site you already gave up your privacy right?

We respect the privacy of our players and that's the main reason behind it.

Also, we are trying to avoid people paying illegal Rakeback to other players, normally people that is asking for know the name of the players is because they are offering Rakeback for playing under their referrals.
