BTC Could End October With 2018's First Year-Over-Year Decline

Heya everyone! .. so i just read some news of BTC today

well, BTC prices trading sideways around $6,400 for the 10th day straight, BTC risks reporting a yearly loss for its 10th birthday.

BTC topped out around $20,000 in December 2017 but has dropped significantly this year. However, many believe the cryptocurrency has charted a bottom at around $6,000 in the last four months, although a bullish reversal is seen only above the September high of $7,400.

 

What's your thoughts about BTC price in this last October 2018?

I think that this is the "peace period" of BTC. There have been a few periods when BTC only went up and down a few percents and then went back keeping a straight line in price. This should be that period too. In the past, those periods lasted for a few months, this period lasted for about a year now, so maybe there should be a increase in price soon.

To be honest, I have lost faith in bitcoin. I think it will hover around $6500 (maybe a bit less) until the end of the year. Last year, the bubble grew and now it has burst. We can expect less volatility with BTC for now.

yes me too actually, i dont know why i got a feeling that BTC price might be dropped for more.. not like in 2017

But i have a feeling that BTC price will go to the moon (very very moon) in 2019.

What do you think about that?

I guess it could, but I think the price will be constant in 2019 at around $6000 - $7000. I could be completely wrong, it's just my guess

There is no way to know what the price will do but it is fun to speculate.  I'm a bit sad that it looks like BTC will have it's first year over year decline in a few years.  I can remember the last time, way back in 2014, we were all so sad, but then who could have imagined the run up we had in 2017!  

Owning bitcoin is buying into an idea of financial freedom, I still believe in the project and will hang on!

The big drop from $ 20,000 was tough ... But I am positive and I hope it will rise later this year but if the price of bitcoin lower, I will lose a lot of money. :C
