I might be wrong, but at first glance, I think the problem is with your last condition. It says “greater than 0 profit → reset bbet,” but your profit can go below 0, the condition wan not met and it wasn’t reset. The bet kept multiplying by 395%, and it got to the 20000%.

"Maybe the team didn't care to look more carefully, because I lost on a 98% win chance also - how odd is that on top of all this, lol (still, unrelated to what happened)"  -  That’s a provably fair system. It happens when you least expect it. I know how it works ( at least how it’s supposed to work), but personally I don’t trust it provably-fair-bitcoin-game-ezgif.com-resize.gif.4dce66a4826038c8d559d908e257ebd0.gif

For example:

1st round: Lose — bet amount $0.50, profit -0.50 → < 0, reset condition not met

2nd round: Lose — bet amount $0.50 × 395% = $1.97, profit -2.47 → < 0, reset condition not met

3rd round: Two-loss streak — $1.97 × 20000% = $394, profit still below 0, so no reset

What I wanted to show is that with your current conditions, in just three simple bets, your bet amount can become extremely high.
Of course, at some point you might have been in profit, so the bet was reset — and you could also have had an intermittent lose–win–lose–win pattern where only the 395% multiplier was applied.
Eventually, it reached an amount where the 20000% multiplier completely emptied your balance

There could be something wrong. I’m not saying you’re not onto something, but based on your conditions, I can see it being possible
Anyway, I'm sorry for wha happened

You misunderstood the strategy - it is based on trying to raise the bet for 2nd loss in a row, but if the 2nd bet loses, then comes condition 3 that stops the autobet. The reset condition is only for when the loss streak is only 1 or 2. If 3 losses, then the autobet stops and I start it again.

And the whole session is right there - it was only 11 rounds long, before the disaster happened.

Yeah, I might be wrong. But one thing to mention, you said 2000X. 20000% on your condition is not 2000X, it's 200x

Could you add screenshots to those bets? It's kind of difficult to see them. When clicking them it only opens the first one

Thanks for the screenshot. Now is more clear. If there are no other missing bets, yeah, this is wrong

But i noticed one thing, For when your bet was increased for the first time. it is 1.86. That is a 503% increase of 0.37, not 395% as on your condition...

THANK YOU! I haven't gone insane.

Interesting find aswell, didn't even notice that. But the last bet is still the biggest mystery, how in the world would it jump to that size?

Feels like there are missing bets, to be honest. You might not have the full picture. There’s probably a missing bet or bets between 9 and 10, and definitely multiple bets missing between 10 and 11. But that is very strange. I’ve experienced missing bets in my own history. Thank God they believed me and paid me back. It happened on a live blackjack table — their system failed. We waited for an hour; I had a big bet placed, but it was canceled, the money never returned, and the bet was nowhere to be found.

You should do it, give that example how wrong the multiplier is and ask for an explanation, point out that the bets you have don’t make any sense, and ask if it’s possible that not all bets have been loaded into your history

Also 0.37 then jumps to 372 ? If im correct thats %100,000 no ?

Yep, could be this as well, since even on the first time when bet was increased that is the wrong multiplier

They replied me 3 times with the message that everything's right and correct, so I don't think they care to bother with me anymore over there.

Sorry again, your choice. Got to go to sleep
Good luck and don't play big money on provably fair, no matter what people say that is random and fair, if you feel it's BS don't play it

As expected from Stake. If there really is an issue, it's your fault, not theirs. I remember a recent case where a slot wasn’t working correctly, it should have paid a big multi, but it paid the lowest one instead. And there was also an older case in live games, where the game was placing bets by itself using the entire balance. Both were the user's fault, not  a bug or something :))
