Unable to claim a level-up bonus. Help please

Hi everyone

I was recently given a VIP level-up bonus through my mail. I am going from silver to gold VIP. 

I saw the mail once , went to the mirror sites page , clicked on my preferred site and was then called by my friends. So I had to leave it there. I DID NOT CLAIM IT. 

When I went to check it again, it showed me that it has already been claimed. 

But it hasn't been. I don't even see it in the bonus transaction tab. 

So the question is where did it go?and has this happened with anyone else?

I have tried reaching out to the live support on the website but it is useless.

Please tell me what should I do?
