Unable to claim a level-up bonus. Help please

Hi everyone

I was recently given a VIP level-up bonus through my mail. I am going from silver to gold VIP. 

I saw the mail once , went to the mirror sites page , clicked on my preferred site and was then called by my friends. So I had to leave it there. I DID NOT CLAIM IT. 

When I went to check it again, it showed me that it has already been claimed. 

But it hasn't been. I don't even see it in the bonus transaction tab. 

So the question is where did it go?and has this happened with anyone else?

I have tried reaching out to the live support on the website but it is useless.

Please tell me what should I do?

Level up bonus given through chat by manager stake and the bonus will appear in vault as well….bonus level up never by email

See the screenshot attached. It wasn't delivered to my vault either , I checked each and every transaction

Can someone please tag an official or support guy from stake to get his or her attention?

This isn't bonus level up, this is vip ladder, just contact the customer service, they will assist you better.

And I also need to claim this. This is the bonus that disappeared.

Please check in crypto, may be it was claimed in crypto currency in stake account

Not there either. I have the 'hide zero balances' setting turned on. It is nowhere to be found yet stake shows it has been claimed.

how did you claim bonus from bronze to silver before ? was it chat or email 

 

from what i know live support send it to vault

I received it on email. I have never gotten anything from chat. Is there something else I need to do to get it from chat or stake contacts me directly?

I am still on silver (71.36%) but i received this bonus in the middle of the progression.

you just said you still on silver when you complete the progress live support gonna contact you and reward you for achieving gold  

they ask you in which currency you want it then they send it to your vault

Then why did I receive the mail AND was able to see the amount to be claimed?

i have no idea why did you ask the live support ?

 

when you complete silver 100% and reach gold live support contact you

How do I tell the live support through the pre-programmed options? It feels useless to me.

when you reach gold by completing 100% silver they will contact you dont worry

Is there a way to actually talk to a real person from stake and explain him everything?

Live support is just AI answering the same thing again and again.
