I am deeply disappointed by the enforcement of the SEP policy and lack of communication/information regarding my wife's and my accounts being banned from poker without warning. Additionally, the support is nonexistent and there is no appeal process. This company really doesn't seem to care or even give me an opportunity to defend myself.

Support is absolutely useless and just copy pasta's that they have no info and it's irreversible. How is any support rendered when they can't offer any information or do anything.

Probably support is considering that alt accounts, or I think there are some terms about 1 account per household.

It makes me happy in a way, seeing them taking action because I suspect alot of alt accounts on stake
