The promotion officially ended on November 20 at 23:59. Only on November 21 (after the promotion was already over) I received the notification that I was excluded from the promotion. Support refuses to credit the prize and refers to clause 12.3 (“We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion at any time”) and to the standard line “bets placed before exclusion notice will not be counted”. However: On the moment the promotion ended (20.11 06:00) I was still a fully eligible participant. The exclusion notice arrived only on 21.11, when the promotion no longer existed. Therefore, the clause about “bets before exclusion notice” simply cannot be applied retroactively to a finished promotion. This is a clear case of retroactive disqualification after the race was over, which is not covered by any rule. I have full screenshots of: all qualifying bets made 13–20 November promotion terms exclusion notice timestamped 21 November full live-support chat I am giving Stake 48 hours to credit the prize I legitimately earned. If not, I will open public complaints on casino.guru, AskGamblers, LCB and Reddit with all evidence attached. Would really like to avoid that and keep playing on Stake as usual, but fair is fair. This is the clause you are referring to: "To qualify for this promotion, players must ensure their account is not subject to any restrictions at any time during the promotion period. Any qualifying bets made during the promotional period and before notification of exclusion will not be considered towards the promotion." Everything is clearly explained in this clause. Since the promotion has not been paid out yet, the promotional period has not ended, and you received the notification of exclusion before the payout, your participation no longer qualifies. To clarify, you were not disqualified retroactively - you received the exclusion email before the promotion was paid out, which means the terms of the promotion were applied correctly.
