My Stake username is Serjan26. I am a native Turkish speaker and an active user in the Stake chat. I spend a few hours a day in the chat and try to follow the rules and keep the conversation respectful.

In the past, I worked with web design and managed my own furniture website. During that time, I also provided live support and helped users directly. I also ran my own forum for a period of time, where I was responsible for community management and moderation.

In addition, I have earlier experience as a moderator on irc.dalnet, which was one of the well-known IRC networks at the time. I moderated high-traffic chat rooms and, when necessary, used moderation tools such as muting or removing users to keep the chat organized and fair. This experience helped me learn how to stay calm and act fairly in busy environments.

I believe I can adapt quickly to Stake’s moderation system and working style. I am open to learning and flexible with working hours.

As someone who is married and spends all day on the computer, I end up spending almost 14-15 hours a day in STAKE chat.

A moderator's duties include preventing players in the chat from sharing prohibited content that could mislead or misdirect them, constantly issuing warnings to reduce such sharing to zero, informing the chat about important announcements (Telegram/email) to prevent chaos, and promoting respect among players.

My honest answer is 0, but if i get the job i can spend 12 hours at minimum. I usually just place my bets and leave and i know this might seem like a con for my job application but let me share my experience about some relative jobs. I have 15 years of experience managing online communities with 5,000 to 30,000 members, on Facebook, Youtube, X, some forum sites that are not alive today... I am still managing my own channels and pages where i create content and i am very familiar with social media culture. I am very active on internet since 2007. I can type 70 words per minute. (not joking) And i have a strong command of Turkish grammar and language rules. (Was always my strongest subject in school).

Like i said, i didnt really analyze the chat in this site but i believe im a quick learner and i guess it will be similar to any other moderator job. Preventing spams, not allowing toxic or disrespectful messages, basically keeping the chat in some kind of order.

I need a job ASAP and this job suits my circumstances since i live in a small town where finding a job is really hard outside. (Its okey, i love working on computer very much). I spend around 8–9 hours daily following the Turkish chat. I actively observe user questions, common problems, and community behavior. I am familiar with the general flow of the platform and the needs of Turkish users.

A moderator is responsible for keeping the chat safe, respectful, and organized. This includes helping users with their questions, preventing spam and scams, guiding people to the correct support channels, enforcing community rules, and representing Stake in a professional manner.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat:  
I want to become a moderator because I enjoy helping people and being part of the community. I already spend a lot of time in Stake chat and I believe I can support Turkish users effectively, reduce confusion, and help create a positive environment for everyone.

Only once due to accidental spam. I learned from that experience and since then I have fully respected all community rules and guidelines.
