My native language is Turkish, and I am fluent in all dialects. I am active in chats for 16 hours or more a day. A moderator's job is to keep the chat orderly, greet people warmly, respond to players' problems instantly, and present their requests as quickly as possible. Most importantly, being polite is key. As for why I want to be a moderator in this chat, since I'm already in these environments, why shouldn't I have some authority and earn some income? I've received warnings before, and my voice was muted quite often, but mostly because I didn't have a rank. I previously moderated in a community of 50,000 people on Turkish Telegram sites. Additionally, I've been involved in this work for 5 years. I can work 15-18 hours a day, regardless of whether it's morning or night. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? Even if I'm not a moderator, I already spend as much time in the chat as the moderators do. That's why I believe I deserve a higher role to help support the community. Since I have previous experience working in similar communities, I'm confident that I can handle the responsibilities effectively. Are you prepared to work at nighttime? As an NBA fan, you could say that my life runs on the night shift. So it doesn't really matter whether it's day or night for me, though I would especially prefer nighttime hours.

Recently, I have been less active due to my studies. In the past, I spent around 4–6 hours per day in Stake chats. Since I will be graduating this year, I plan to become more active again. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? To maintain order in the chat, enforce the rules, and assist users when needed. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I have been using Stake for a long time and I am familiar with the community. I am confident in my communication skills and would like to contribute to the community. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? I have received a few warnings in the past, but I have never received any serious or permanent punishment. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? No. However, I have experience in customer relations, which has helped me develop strong communication and problem-solving skills.
