I believe a moderator’s role is to maintain fairness in the chat, handle users who break the rules, and respond to questions quickly and accurately. I have only been muted once before. Other than that, I am careful about following the rules. I also have prior experience as a moderator in a local application. I am available to work night shifts. I used to work night hours in my previous role, so I am comfortable with that schedule. Carlos Alberto9 1
mondy7 Posted May 6 #328 Posted May 6 Hello ^^ That can sometimes be 5 hours or more a day, and it can get longer if my job requires it. I think moderators are only responsible for "keeping the flow going," creating a peaceful chat without resorting to excessive muting. I'm a positive person and I think I get along well with people. Yes, I was muted without a warning, so it seems your admins see warnings as muting. Admins can sometimes be very cruel and harsh, muting people for long hours unfairly. I've had previous different experiences, working at night is perfect for me ^^ stake: han61

kirceylan Posted May 9 #330 Posted May 9 As a player myself, I find that live chat support in most casinos often feels dull, robotic, and even off-putting. I personally avoid playing on sites that rely on automated messages. Customers want to feel valued; they look for politeness, empathy, and a human touch. When support is genuinely helpful, it significantly boosts trust in the brand. I am based in Amsterdam and can provide high-quality support every night between 01:00 and 04:00 username kirceylan
