How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?

I am active on Stake for around 15-19 hours a day, mainly in the French chat and sometimes in sport chat.

A moderator ensures that the chat remains respectful, safe, and fully compliant with Stake’s rules. The role includes assisting users, providing clear information, removing inappropriate content, calming disruptive situations, and maintaining an organized and positive environment for the community.

 

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

My preference would be to join the French moderation team, as this is the chat where I am the most active daily. However, since the current opening is for the Turkish chat, I am fully willing to help there as well.

I am of Turkish origin and speak the language perfectly, so I can naturally support and guide the community. Combined with my activity level and previous moderation experience, I believe I can bring professionalism and reliability to the team.

 

Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?

Yes. During my first month on Stake, I was banned a few times because I didn’t yet understand the purpose of the chat and I was joking around too much.

Since then, I’ve completely changed my behavior and fully understood the importance of respecting chat rules. I have not had any issues since, and this experience helped me understand how crucial good moderation is.

 

Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?

Yes, I have experience moderating another online casino chat, managing user support, rule enforcement, conflict resolution, and maintaining a healthy community environment. This experience has given me strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach.

 

Are you prepared to work at nighttime?

Yes, I am fully prepared to work night shifts and adjust to any schedule required.

 

Additional information:

Although I am mainly active in the French chat, I am of Turkish origin and speak Turkish fluently.

I also speak English, French, Spanish, and Arabic, which allows me to assist a wide range of users and communicate effectively across several communities.
