I’m writing to request a review of a specific leg in my parlay regarding the NBA game Oklahoma City Thunder vs. San Antonio Spurs.

The Issue: I placed a wager on Victor Wembanyama - Over 1.5 Rebounds (1st Quarter). However, Victor Wembanyama played 0 minutes and 0 seconds during the entire 1st Quarter. He did not enter the court until the 2nd Quarter.

My Argument: Support informed me that the bet stands as a "Loss" because the player entered the game later (in Q2). While I understand "Action Rules" generally apply if a player steps on the court, this was a Quarter-Specific Bet.

Since the player was a non-participant specifically during the timeframe of the wager (1st Quarter), I had mathematically zero opportunity to win this bet. In most sportsbooks, period-specific props are voided if the player registers 0 minutes in that specific period, regardless of whether they play later in the game.

Request: I kindly ask the settlement team to review this leg and grade it as VOID (Push) instead of a loss, as the player did not participate in the 1st Quarter.Thanks for your help.
