Platinum IV bonuses seem lower than VIP 3 – anyone else experience?

Hey guys,

Just got to VIP 4 (Platinum IV) a couple weeks ago.

When I hit VIP 3, I got $2800 level-up and a $120 daily reload for 42 days. When I hit VIP 4, it was only $1800 + $100 reload for 7 days. Daily reload is now at $16 prepay. Also had a day with 650,000 wager and got a top monthly for $250.

Bonuses seem to be getting lower and lower compared to before. I know it depends on activity and stuff, but this feels way off from what I expected at Platinum IV and from what others usually get.

Can anybody enlighten me? Has anyone else seen their bonuses drop like this right after leveling up, or does it get better with more play?

Already messaged my host about it, but curious what you all think.
