Platinum VI (bonuses)

Thought I would like to tell you all about my bonuses for being Platinum VI. 
I have used about 5 years to get to here. I have lost a total of 400.000$. 

My bonuses for now being a Platinum VI, and wagered 780.000$ in one month is following:

Monthly bonus: 280$
VIP Top player bonus: 270$
Reload bonus: 20-40$ 

Now when I reached this level, my VIP manager has stopped giving me bonus for my loss. I just deposited around 1800$, wagered 100.000$ and lost the 1800$, my manager say my activity is low and therefore I get no bonus.

I hope this gives you some insights when you are trying to tell yourself you need to wager and reach new levels, because the bonuses I receive now is lower than 3-4 levels ago.

And a follow up. My VIP manager (probably a really nice person), cant answer me why I get more bonuses with less wager, and i get no bonuses with more loss. The only thing she tells me is  "its the other way around", but she cant explain why I wont get any bonuses for my losses and why I get minimum bonus (280$) for VIP in Platinum VI, but in first level of Platinum I wager half, loses half and get 2x more.

Yes this is something I have experienced aswell I use to get way more bonuses and better at lower rank. I have 12% left to reach p4 and didn't get single bonus on my mail, no ladder nothing. I lost about 90k usd during this time and ofcourse wagered millions to reach to 88% p3

While people I recommend stake are at silver and gold and keep getting all the benefits and ladder bonuses etc. 

 

Marketing team is in charge is all chat support tell you. Clearly marketing team is seeing something we can see when someone loosing 2k usd at silver vip gets ladder bonus and a player loosing 90k usd at p3 is not eligible.

 

 

But your point is valid and everyone should keep in account that wagering more is definitely not a way to get better rewards and you will just loose more and that also doesn't count at getting more rewards even at higher ranks
