I just got an email and 20 others stake users at the same time that we got banned from claiming drops, I haven’t claimed drops in a week since Eddie last stream and only claimed a couple , wtf , is this a mistake or stake is trying to be funny.

is this how you treat your customers that have been with the site for a long time.

i don’t care about the drops , its the principle behind, you banned legit user and allow bots claim drops and nothing is done about it.

Yes i have claimed 1 code in 3 days and i get this crap email.
Stake better fix this issue.

Also to stake why dont you compile all the claimers for the week and use AI to determine the top 1000 claimers there is your bot issue fixed.

Stop banning people that dont use bots.

Ya wtf me too

I want to share a serious issue with Stake’s bonus-drop system.

Between Dec 18–Jan 1, I deposited roughly $12,000 CAD on Stake and wagered heavily. During that same period, I claimed about $30–$35 total in bonus drops — less than 0.3% of my deposits.

Despite this, my account was restricted from claiming bonus drops for 7 days due to “disproportionate bonuses vs gameplay.”

I wasn’t farming bonuses, profiting from drops, or avoiding wagering. I was actively depositing and playing real money. I also regularly sit through long Kick streams purely for the chance of catching an occasional code, most of which are gone in seconds anyway.

That raises a simple question: what’s the point of offering bonus drops if players are penalized for trying to claim them?

Most drops are effectively unclaimable due to speed, bots, or instant exhaustion. I’ve never successfully claimed a $2–$3 drop — only the smallest ones — and yet even those count against you.

Support confirmed there’s no appeal, no human review, and no transparency. The system appears to judge rigid behavioral patterns rather than actual wagering, value, or intent.

When a player deposits five figures in under two weeks, actively wagers, and engages with official streams, getting restricted over $30 in drops is hard to justify.

I'm the same, I claimed 1 bonus from eddies last stream, thats the only code I've claimed, but according to support my bonuses are disproportional to my play, aside from that 1 claimed code, the rest of my bonuses have been monthly, pre monthly, and any of the comps I've entered such as return of the king, originals promo etc etc, which cost me money to play, so now we are not allowed to enter the comps because it might get us code banned if we enter a few of them? Sorry but that is an absolute joke, now yes I dont have the wager to claim any drops this week, and don't really care that I can't claim them for 7 days, but its the fact that I'm being penalised for entering the stake promo comps and the comps that are on here

In the Pre email say:

And that's just the beginning. 2026 will bring even bigger highlights, spectacular events, and many exciting surprises.

30 Min later Drop ban Clap Stake

They have fixed it. Refresh your page and test by writing some random numbers in "claim bonus drop". If it says you're banned you are still banned, if it says invalid then you're unbanned.

I received that email too it’s very disappointing because stake is the only site I play on and getting these emails and messages are making me want to switch to a different casino site..

received the same email. I hardly ever claim drops, only sometimes high-roller drops, so I was surprised as well. About two hours later, I then received an email saying that it was a mistake, see screenshot.
