Bolours Posted January 5 #1 Posted January 5 (edited) Hello everyone, I’m posting this to ask for a clear and public explanation regarding the Eggventure / Multiplier Mania challenge. The rule is very clear The promotion rule states: “Rack up as many qualifying 5x (or above) bet IDs as you can. The top 10 users with the most submitted Bet IDs will score a share of $1,000.” This clearly describes a ranking-based challenge: No randomness mentioned No discretionary selection No alternative criteria 2. The issue I am: Listed in the official winners list One of the users who submitted a large number of qualifying Bet IDs However, the same winners list includes users who submitted only one (or very few) Bet IDs, which is not compatible with “top 10 users with the most submitted Bet IDs”. This creates a direct contradiction between: The written rules The actual outcome 3. Support responses so far After more than three weeks and 40+ emails, I have been told: That winners were “randomly selected” That meeting requirements “does not guarantee winning” That I was “not in the Top 10” None of these explanations appear anywhere in the original rules. 4. What I’m asking (publicly) I’m not asking for favors or reinterpretations. I’m asking for one clear answer: 👉 How was “Top 10” calculated if Bet ID volume was not the deciding factor? And if the rule was incorrect or misleading, that should be acknowledged transparently. 5. Final note I have not yet made this issue public outside the forum, but after this amount of time and inconsistent explanations, I believe a public clarification is now necessary. Waiting another week for a clear answer or payment is simply inconceivable given how explicit the rule is. They kept saying me "you were not selected" etc ... The last mail they sent me is hilarious Sadly, all available information was already disclosed. Kind regards, So Stake clearly admit mistaking in the rules, and not paying the players who spent money to be on the top. Nice move Stake, totally disrespectful of your loyal players since 2 years. @Jake7589 @JessD26 is that normal ? Someone has to answer to this.

Zeus Posted January 13 #14 Posted January 13 Regular support is pretty useless in such cases I believe. Only the guys in charge of these promos can give an answer. And their answer was totally expected as much as disappointing. Hope you can push it further somehow and create a precedent.

Indeed, given the absurd and contradictory replies I have received by email, I no longer really expect a resolution to this dispute. One only needs to look at this so-called “support” forum, which no one seems to read, and notice that some posts written later than mine have received replies, to understand that they have deliberately decided to let my request rot. What I mainly want is an explanation: why, despite having fulfilled all the conditions of this challenge, I was not paid. dycesickle Posted January 16 #19 Posted January 16 Bro you got your qnswer as will everyone reading this and its loud and clear... the fact that cherry picking questions and answers like a political does when getting softball questions as to not tarnish any public or personal perception. The fact is... after I realized that I was playing a game against a person(in this case, the site) who had a sizeable advantage was also resorting to clear rule changes mid game, did I stop voting with my dollars. I will only give my money to stake whe the homeless person isnt there to get it first or the scammed havent called to talk. There isnt a difference in the mutual respect column in so as you should reread this thread and see yhe writing clearly displayed in big bold letters fro. Stake that they could care less but will say they care. They are far too behind in supporting and maintaining the folks who were instrumental in bringing the sites true rrise and success.
