Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I can't reach a resolution through Live Support.

Like many others, I received the $100 bonus email, which was later called an 'error'. We were promised a 10% weekly boost as compensation, but after Saturday's drop, it’s clear the compensation was a joke and didn't reflect the magnitude of the mistake.

My main issue is that support agents (Claudia, Julio) repeatedly refused to escalate my ticket to a supervisor, even when I requested it multiple times. This lack of transparency, combined with the recent mass email failure, is unacceptable.

I have all the screenshots of the offer and the chat logs where I was denied a supervisor. Looking for a real human response from a Manager.

I think you are out of luck. Although I agree with you that Saturdays Weekly was the biggest joke of a weekly I have ever seen. 10000$ wager, 1200$ loss for the week and I get 5,20$ including the „extra 10%“ - be sure that I was pissed
